★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Davvero molto dispiaciuta e offesa dalla segretaria maleducata fin dalla prima volta che sono venuta a prenotare il rinnovo della patente,
in maniera scocciata mi ha dato L appuntamento, dopo aver fatto la visita il medico mi dice di venirla a ritirare in un paio di giorni in sede;
peccato che quando vado a ritirare la patente la segreteria ,di nuovo , con un atteggiamento maleducato mi risponde che viene spedita a casa e che avrei dovuto chiedere a lei e non al medico! Davvero poco professionale per la seconda volta!
Mi dispiace davvero molto dato che i proprietari sono davvero molto gentili ma di sicuro non ci tornerò mai più
Really very sorry and offended by the rude secretary from the first time I came to book my license renewal,
annoyed she gave me the appointment, after having made the visit the doctor tells me to come and pick it up in a couple of days at the office;
pity that when I go to collect my license the secretary, again, with a rude attitude replies that it is sent home and that I should have asked her and not the doctor! Really unprofessional for the second time!
I am really very sorry as the owners are really very nice but for sure I will never go back
