Autoscuola Marmorata

Ho avuto un'ottima esperienza e ho preso la patente in pochissimo tempo. Gli istruttori sono gentilissimi e molto professionali. Le loro dritte sono state fondamentale per me, per avere successo sia nell’esame teorico che in quello pratico. Consiglio vivamente i servizi della Autoscuola Marmorata!

Via Marmorata 길가에 있는 운전 교습소입니다. 운전 교습 뿐만 아니라 면허증에 관한 업무도 대행해서 해 주는 곳입니다. 저는 이곳에서 한국 면허증을 이탈리아 면허증으로 교환하는 업무를 맡겼던 적이 있습니다. 그 과정에서 여러 번 이곳을 방문해야 했는데, 몇 가지 서류 업무가 잘못되어서 그랬습니다. 그때마다 그래도 친절하게 설명해 주고 도와주었습니다. 하지만 업무 상황이 더디게 진행되는 점은 조금 아쉽습니다. 이탈리아 자체가 관공서와 행정 업무에 있어서 빨리 진행되지 않는다는 것을 감안해 보면 조금은 이해할 만한 일이었습니다.

Ringrazio la titolare dell’auto scuola, Orietta, per avermi sempre seguirò e supportato nel riprendere la patente. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura per la competenza e la passione con cui viene gestita

É un autoscuola che raccomando molto, in soli pochi mesi ho gia preso la patente. Qui sei molto seguito dallo "staff" e sono molto gentili. Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto.

Sono stata qui per il rinnovo della patente. Sia il signore che la signora di una gentilezza unica, il tutto si è svolto rapidamente e mi hanno fatto arrivare la patente dopo pochi giorni dalla visita direttamente li in autoscuola. Mi dispiace un po' leggere tutte queste recensioni negative solo perchè magari gli esaminatori sono fiscali, com'è giusto che sia. Mi dispiace perchè poi "da grandi" ci lamentiamo di come guidano le persone in strada, senza contare il verificarsi di incidenti che, spesso e volentieri, sono piccoli gesti di incuria o di mancata conoscenza delle norme del codice stradale. A me hanno imposto l'obbligo delle lenti alla guida, e non mi pare un buon motivo per lasciare una recensione negativa. Vi ringrazio, spero che anche altri esaminatori ed altre autoscuole mostrino lo stesso zelo nello svolgere il proprio lavoro, a beneficio di tutti.

Pessima esperienza. All'esame il proprietario insopportabile ha creato un clima ostile criticando per ogni raggione possibile mettendomi in difficoltà. Inoltre l'istruttore non mi ha mai preparato sulle domande di teoria possibili all'esame pratico. Quando gli domandai cosa mi potessero chiedere mi rispose "al massimo ti chiedono come si accende la radio, lascia perdere". Avrei dovuto ascoltaree recensioni ma sono rimasto perché avevo già pagato per Groupon e perché era più vicino casa. Fuggite!

I am taking the time to write this because this driving-school has honestly been one of the worst experiences I have had in Rome and I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. I bought a coupon to take the first exam and driving lessons for less money and I ended up spending a lot more because of their inefficiency and bad service. They only give you a "book" and no in-person lessons as they advertise. On top they make you pay to use their App and practice the test (when you can actually find it online free). I did not pass the first exam and had to pay for a second one, and I found out that it is the case of many of their students. On top of that, they do not have driving instructors; it is only the owner, so the hours available to schedule the lessons are very limited. They finished with my six lessons (after saying that the coupon only covers two) and then they told me that my driving exam was scheduled for two months later, and of course, they wanted me to book additional lessons “to not forget”. In addition, Michele, the owner that gives the driving lessons, screamed at me and was very angry during the second lesson (even though I know how to drive). Later I found out that it is his usual mood. His driving lessons did not cover many basic aspects of the exam, for example, the questions at the beginning, how to stop the car on a hill, or how to exit the car. Michele also told me that “he was not good at parking” and to try to book a lesson with another instructor to learn that. I am a foreigner and it was hard enough for me to learn and pass even though I speak Italian, and the experience with this school did not help at all. I decided to change school for the additional lessons that I wanted to take and to make the second exam, and it was the best decision (even if I had to pay even more and had to fight and go many times to the Marmorata school because they did not want to provide me with my documents). In my new school and driving lessons, the attitude was definitely different and they taught me many useful tips that reinforced my impression of how bad the Marmorata Driving-School is. Thus, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL and wish I had read this before hiring their services and spending so much.
