Ragusa per quanto riguarda una problematica inerente una patente scaduta. E' stato molto esaustivo e competente in materia, illustrandomi chiaramente il percorso da seguire senza alcuna esitazione o dubbio. Non posso dire altrettanto di altri Enti pubblici e non che sono stati molto vaghi e in contraddizione tra loro. I called the LA SONORA driving school this morning and I talked on the phone directly with Mr. Ragusa regarding a problem concerning an expired license. He was very comprehensive and competent in the subject, clearly illustrating the path to follow without any hesitation or doubt. I cannot say the same about other public and non-public bodies that have been very vague and in contradiction with each other.
