Nonostante in fase di prenotazione abbia chiesto espressamente di essere il primo, onde evitare di formare assembramento con altre persone, mi sono trovato la bellezza di tre clienti davanti: e dire che sono arrivato, per essere sicuro, 20 minuti prima, come mi era stato detto. Sicuramente la signora che disbriga le pratiche è gentile, però, in periodo di pandemia, non credo sia complicato prendere appuntamenti distanziati di 10 minuti l'uno. Il "chi primo arriva, meglio alloggia" è assolutamente improponibile in questo periodo. Scarsa professionalità della struttura. Non tornerò.
