Ho rinnovato la patente auto ed è tutto ok personale gentile e rapido ma quando ho avuto bisogno di un passaggio di proprietà sono stato sbolognato in malo modo campando in aria tutte le scuse possibili quando ad una Agenzia concorrente in neanche mezz'ora e a distanza di 15 minuti avevo già fatto tutto.
Unfortunately I have to go against the tide.
I renewed my car license and everything is ok friendly and quick staff but when I needed a change of ownership I was badly dismissed by living up all possible excuses when at a competing agency in less than half an hour and at a distance of 15 minutes I had already done everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto bisogno dell'agenzia Mirage per un passaggio di proprietà, dovuto purtroppo alla dipartita del mio amato fratello maggiore. Personale scortese, a tratti insofferente davanti alla mia non conoscenza del numero di cavalli dell'automobile in questione, quando, nell'agenzia concorrente alla quale mi sono successivamente rivolta, mi hanno immediatamente chiesto il numero di targa e da questa sono risaliti a tutte le informazioni necessarie.
Mi sono presentata all'agenzia Mirage per tre volte, ed ogni volta una spiegazione diversa riguardo i documenti necessari al passaggio di proprietà. Dopo le mie lamentele per la mancanza di chiarezza, mi hanno sbolognata con una frase che riporterò in italiano, ma che le impiegate mi hanno rivolto in dialetto e rigorosamente con il chewing-gum in bocca: "Mamma mia che mal di testa questo passaggio di proprietà!" Considerando il motivo di questo passaggio, ritengo tale frase alquanto vergognosa ed estremamente maleducata. Non si pretendeva la seduta psicologica, ma la professionalità e la chiarezza, quelle sì! Non ci tornerò più!!!
I needed the Mirage agency for a change of ownership, unfortunately due to the passing of my beloved older brother. Rude staff, at times impatient in front of my not knowing the number of horsepower of the car in question, when, in the competing agency to which I subsequently turned, they immediately asked me for the license plate number and from this they traced back to all the necessary information.
I presented myself to the Mirage agency three times, and each time a different explanation regarding the documents necessary for the transfer of ownership. After my complaints about the lack of clarity, they disgraced me with a sentence that I will report in Italian, but that the employees addressed me in dialect and strictly with chewing-gum in their mouth: "Mamma mia, what a headache this passage of property!" Considering the reason for this passage, I find this sentence somewhat shameful and extremely rude. The psychological session was not expected, but professionalism and clarity, yes! I will not stay there again !!!
