Da subito sono rimasto sorpreso dall'attenzioni che mi hanno dedicato. Tutte le spiegazioni chiare e precise sui costi, sia in contante che rateizzato. Ho avuto le spiegazioni sui modelli in offerta con l'indicazione, scritte, di tutti gli accessori e dei relativi costi. La cosa che ha creato il mio interesse, oltre all'auto, è stao la possibilità di aderire alla rottamazione della mia auto ormai in disuso. A Napoli, la concessionaria di Agnano mi aveva mandato via perché non faceva più rottamazione per il fatto che gli incentivi statali erano sospesi. Mi hanno mandato via e di ritornare il 2022 quando sarebbero attiviti gli incentivi statali. Avendo letto l'annuncio di autosalone Santoro dove offriva ad un prezzo veramente vantaggioso con rottamazione e agevolazioni varie mi sono recato sul posto per verificare. Tutto vero seri e rispettosi. Il sig. Santoro, che ho trovato sul posto, ha fatto ritirare la mia auto presso l'officina di Napoli e nel giro di 15 gg. mi è stata consegnata la nuova i10 con l'aggiunta di un omaggio, una magnifica bottiglia di vino, aglianico Taurasi, della tenuta vinicola di famiglia.
