Friendliness, Availability and Competence, I bought a car by contacting by mail and telephone. Alessandro was immediately available and courteous, and we concluded the deal immediately, concluding everything with simple exchanges of emails and WZP. At the retreat I met the owner Mr. Loreno and his brother. Two really friendly, polite and competent people. I highly recommend buying a car at the EPIS Autosalone. Peraltro era anche molto pulita e ben presentata nell'autosalone.
Il servizio è stato eccellente dal primo contatto alla consegna del mezzo.
Si vede che c'è professionalità in questo settore.

La transazione si è svolta in modo veloce ed efficiente e l'approccio mi è sembrato molto professionale. Il processo si è concluso in soli 3 giorni dalla visione iniziale alla consegna con un paio di visite di persona presso la struttura.
I recently bought a car that interested me. I did not know the Epis car showroom before the purchase. The transaction went smoothly and efficiently and the approach felt very professional to me. The process was completed in just 3 days from initial viewing to delivery with a couple of in-person visits to the facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stavo cercando un'auto in tutto il Nord Italia, dopo quasi un anno l'ho trovata all'Autosalone Epis. Avevo una permuta da dar dentro. Dal contatto mi è stata mostrata subito disponibilità dal venditore. Vivendo a circa 170 Km dall'Autosalone Epis, ho chiesto di poter andar su con la mia e tornare con la nuova. Tutto arrivando alle 16:30 di pomeriggio. Alle 20:30 ero a casa con la mia bella auto nuova! :)
Sono stati cortesi, professionali e molto rapidi.
Nessuna critica da avanzare, certamente consigliato.
I was looking for a car all over Northern Italy, after almost a year I found it at the Epis car showroom. I had a trade-in to trade. From the contact I was immediately shown availability by the seller. Living about 170 km from the Epis car showroom, I asked to be able to go up with mine and come back with the new one. All arriving at 16:30 in the afternoon. At 20:30 I was home with my beautiful new car! :)
They were courteous, professional and very quick.
No criticisms to be made, certainly recommended.
