Accolto presumo dal titolare, che si è immediatamente messo all'opera per eseguire la riparazione. Giusto tempo d'attesa e spesa più che adeguata! La mia auto, rimasta in panne, è stata trasportata dal carro attrezzi dell'assistenza presso la sede di San Martino Buon Albergo (VR), Pur non conoscendo questa officina ho deciso di fidarmi e di fargliela riparare. Ad avviso di auto pronta, giunto presso la loro sede dopo un viaggio di 450 km, il titolare mi ha avvisato che la stessa presentava dei problemi di cui si era accorto solo poco prima del mio arrivo(...!!) ma mi ha rassicurato dicendomi che potevo tornare tranquillamente a casa con l'auto. A casa ci sono tornato, ma con un altro carro attrezzi, perché dopo 150 km l'auto è rimasta di nuovo in panne. Prima di pubblicare questa recensione ho scritto loro una mail manifestando il mio disappunto ma non ho ricevuto nemmeno una risposta. Quindi consiglio ai lettori che dovessero trovarsi in una situazione analoga alla mia di evitare di far riparare l'auto da loro; meglio caricarla su un carro attrezzi e riportarla a casa dal proprio meccanico. Unfortunately my experience was extremely bad. My car, which had broken down, was transported by the assistance tow truck to the headquarters in San Martino Buon Albergo (VR). Although I didn't know this workshop, I decided to trust it and have it repaired. As a warning that the car was ready, arrived at their headquarters after a journey of 450 km, the owner informed me that the same had problems which he had noticed only shortly before my arrival (... !!) but he reassured by telling me that I could safely go home by car. I returned home, but with another tow truck, because after 150 km the car broke down again. Before posting this review I wrote them an email expressing my disappointment but I did not even receive a reply. So I advise readers who find themselves in a situation similar to mine to avoid having their car repaired; better load it on a tow truck and take it home to your mechanic.

Stefano che sembra uscito da un cartone animato,secondo me meglio che cambia lavoro perché dopo che ha sistemato il cambio qualche mese fa con garanzia come detto da lui ora da la colpa a me perché dice che non sarei in grado di cambiare…. Buffonata perché poi mi sono rivolto alla Mercedes e mi dicono che il cambio era usato lascio a voi la scelta…Dopo che ho pagato 3800€ di cambio poi sono io che non sono capace… non fidatevi di questi qui!!!! To say the least embarrassing incompetent in my opinion is a compliment Mr. Stefano who seems to have come out of a cartoon, in my opinion it is better that he changes his job because after he fixed the gearbox a few months ago with a guarantee as he said, he now blames me because he says that I would not be able to change…. Buffoon because then I turned to Mercedes and they tell me that the gearbox was used I leave the choice to you ... After I paid € 3800 for the exchange then it is I who am not capable ... do not trust these here !!!!
