Più volte mi sono dovuto rivolgere a loro per necessità e ogni volta bisogna pregarli per fare il lavoro che poi si scopre essere stato gonfiato con ulteriori interventi non necessari. Da evitare accuratamente.
People without any seriousness or availability towards the customer who only aim for profit. Several times I have had to turn to them out of necessity and each time we have to beg them to do the work which then turns out to have been inflated with further unnecessary interventions. To be avoided carefully.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver effettuato un tagliando ad una vettura appena venduta da me al nuovo cliente (richiesto dal nuovo proprietario), si è palesato un problema di ipotetica rottura della pompa iniezione. L’officina ha preferito non provvedere alla diagnosi del problema (dichiarando che il problema fosse attribuibile all’anzianità del veicolo), demandando tutto al pompista consigliato di zona. A quel punto, portata la vettura presso un altro meccanico, è stata inviata la pompa allo stesso pompista che ha diagnosticato un pezzo di plastica rotto proveniente dalla scatola del filtro gasolio (sostituito dalla suddetta officina in fase di tagliando). Il danno evidenziato, attribuibile quindi all’officina è stato pagato dal nuovo acquirente.
After having made a coupon to a car just sold by me to the new customer (requested by the new owner), we have revealed a problem of hypothetical breaking of the injection pump. The workshop preferred not to diagnose the problem (stating that the problem was attributable to the age of the vehicle), delegating everything to the recommended area pump driver. At that point, when the vehicle was brought to another mechanic, the pump was sent to the same pump driver who diagnosed a broken piece of plastic coming from the diesel filter box (replaced by the aforementioned workshop during the cutting phase). The highlighted damage, attributable therefore to the workshop, was paid by the new buyer.

Found almost by accident for a tire replacement nearly 15 years ago, it has become the benchmark of the whole family for all cars. Very honest and extremely prepared, also with regard to the anti-pollution regulations, it has an agreement for the initiatives of the Lombardy Region for the installation of specific devices.
Availability and professionalism are tangible in this small company.

Efficienti, onesti e molto disponibili. Consiglio vivamente. Se tutti i meccanici fossero così gentili ed onesti, il mondo sarebbe un posto migliore!
On my way to work, I had an emergency with brake oil and I called the workshop in question. I was received right away and was charged a nominal fee. Efficient, honest and very helpful. I highly recommend. If all mechanics were so kind and honest, the world would be a better place!
