Nonostante l'impegno profuso dal personale tecnico, di cui non ho dubbi sulla preparazione, non si arriva a risultati accettabili sia in ordine di tempo impiegato che nella qualità della riparazione. M	Marco Vettori on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visto la rottura del mio cambio cvt multitronic 8 marce, montato su a4 2.0 tdi 143cv anno 2009 b8, tramite internet, ho trovato questa Officina del Sig.Riccardo, mi ha spiegato con calma e gentilezza, come procedere.Ha organizzato il ritiro del mio cambio rotto, per fare la programmazione corretta su quello rigenerato, poi spedito direttamente dal mio meccanico di Trento, sono soddisfatto veramente, la macchina va liscia, senza incertezze e vibrazioni, come nuova, qualità alto livello ad un prezzo sotto la concorrenza, lo consiglio, in una settimana, è stato fatto tutto. Grazie ancora. Non posso valutare il lavoro svolto in termine tecnico in quanto il cambio non è stato mai consegnato, e nemmeno si è degnato di rimborsare una buona parte dell'acconto! Si è tenuto denaro e anche il cambio! Per quanto mo riguarda è zero. Ho sostituito il cambio della mia auto con uno revisionato da questa officina , il prodotto è coperto da garanzia ed è stato spedito immediatamente, inoltre il Sign Ascani è gentile e rassicurante.
