 Excellent service always ready friendly and always present no problem they kept me the car in the usual place and not in another garage and made me find the car not at the time I asked but 10 minutes before ... good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Garage a due passi dalla Stazione Termini, entrata lato via Marsala, quindi posizione molto favorevole. Prezzi non proprio economici: prima ora 4€, seconda ora 3€.
Garage a stone's throw from Termini Station, entrance on via Marsala side, therefore very favorable position. Not exactly cheap prices: first hour € 4, second hour € 3.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein spätes Erscheinen (2h nach Schluß, Sorry deswegen!) und die sprachliche Barriere hat wohl einen negativen Eindruck hinterlassen. Parclick bucht automatisch volle Tage, was den Mitarbeiter sichtlich irritiert hatte: Die in der Buchungsbestätigung ausgewiesene Ausfahrzeit lag ausserhalb der Geschäftszeiten (-20:00). Ich habe ihm mehrfach erklärt, dass ich schon vorher den Wagen abholen werde.
Der Rest lief reibungslos ab!
My late arrival (2 hours after the end, sorry about that!) And the language barrier probably left a negative impression. Parclick automatically books full days, which visibly irritated the employee: The exit time shown in the booking confirmation was outside of business hours (-20: 00). I told him several times that I would pick up the car beforehand.
The rest went smoothly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pagato 50 euro per nemmeno un giorno e mezzo, ma ci posso soprassedere. La cosa peggiore è che non hanno il Pos ed esigono pagamento in contanti, senza fattura.
Paid 50 euros for not even a day and a half, but I can postpone it. The worst thing is that they do not have a POS and require payment in cash, without an invoice.
