★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alle ore 21.38 abbiamo messo la macchina nel parcheggio ma per un problema abbiamo dovuto riprendere la macchina alle 21.44 cioè SOLO 6 minuti dopo...fatto presente la cosa,il personale ci ha comunque fatto pagare l’equivalente di un’ora cioè la bellezza di 3 EURO. In più non riuscivamo a inserire il ticket nelle macchinetta e invece di chiedere gentilmente se ci fosse un problema,ci sono venuti vicino come se fossimo dei malintenzionati...probabilmente si sentivano “o mariuol ncuorp”. Che viscidume.
 At 9.38 pm we put the car in the parking lot but due to a problem we had to take the car back at 9.44 pm that is ONLY 6 minutes later ... having made this known, the staff still charged us the equivalent of an hour that is the beauty of 3 EURO. In addition we could not insert the ticket in the machine and instead of asking politely if there was a problem, they came up to us as if we were criminals ... they probably felt “o mariuol ncuorp”. What a slimy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho parcheggiato la mia auto in questo garage per 1 ora ed è stata la prima e ultima volta.....ho lasciato un auto perfettamente funzionante e quando sono andata a ritirarla
misteriosamente non partiva più ,
a mio avviso a causa di un inadeguato uso del cambio automatico da parte del personale....dopo circa mezz' ora di tentativi , grazie ai consigli di un elettrauto contattato dai garagisti su mia richiesta di aiuto, l' auto è ripartita e come sorpresa finale ho dovuto pagare altri 3 euro per la permanenza extra !!!
I parked my car in this garage for 1 hour and it was the first and last time ..... I left a perfectly working car and when I went to pick it up
mysteriously did not leave anymore,
in my opinion due to an inadequate use of the automatic gearbox by the staff .... after about half an hour of attempts, thanks to the advice of an electrician contacted by the garage owners at my request for help, the car started again and how final surprise I had to pay another 3 euros for the extra stay !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un parcheggio sicuro con uno staff disponibile per ogni tipo di informazione su Napoli. Prezzo onesto e non eccessivo. Se durante il pagamento avete dei problemi non preoccuparti il responsabile farà di tutti per agevolarvi e trovare una soluzione (è successo a me) comodo e a due passi dalla funicolare e molto ristornati pizzerie buonissime. Se tornassi a Napoli parcheggerei ancora qui!!
A secure parking with a staff available for any kind of information on Naples. Honest and not excessive price. If you have problems during the payment, do not worry the manager will do everything to facilitate you and find a solution (it happened to me) convenient and a stone's throw from the funicular and very good restaurants and pizzerias. If I returned to Naples I would park here again !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio eccellente in una zona centralissima del Vomero. Personale cortese e disponibile. Un po' alte le tariffe ma occorre dire che si è al Vomero ed in zona centralissima da cui si possono raggiungere con facilità molte delle attrazioni turistiche come la Certosa di S. Martino e Castel Sant'Elmo.
Excellent service in a very central area of Vomero. Staff courteous and helpful. The rates are a bit high but it must be said that you are in Vomero and in a very central area from which you can easily reach many of the tourist attractions such as the Certosa di S. Martino and Castel Sant'Elmo.

Special thanks to the man at the cash desk who speaks a sparkling English and helped us a lot on where to eat and what to visit at Vomero. Thank you guys, good Job!
