Evidentemente le plastiche erano difettose. Il venditore sostiene che la garanzia non copre tali difetti. Assurdo. Ho comprato una batteria per la mia moto, la batteria é arrivata nei tempi prestabiliti, ma quando apro la scatola, trovo l'articolo con evidenti segni di usura, graffi, plastiche piegate, adesivi mal messi. Documento il tutto e contatto il fornitore, il quale dopo le mie spiegazioni, mi risponde con arroganza e toni di voce alti, che é tutta una mia invenzione e che io non capisco nulla di batterie. A questo punto gli invio le foto su WhatsApp e mi trovo a parlare con una seconda persona, il quale continua ad offendermi e sempre con modi scortese a negare l'evidenza delle foto, ovvero una batteria con chiari segni di usura e manomissioni. Penso che persone così non dovrebbero stare nel mondo del commercio né tanto meno sul web ma cambiare lavoro. Bad experience, I strongly advise against it, arrogant, insolent and rude people. Le catene ormai sono già state spedite quindi le ricevo e subito faccio il reso a carico mio. Dopo svariati messaggi ricevo il rimborso di 15.90 € anziché 21.90 € che ho pagato. Chiedo spiegazioni ma il venditore non si fà più sentire. Pessimo. Mi meraviglio di amazon che faccia lavorare persone così inaffidabili.
