M	Maurizio Sibari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella perché di meno non è possibile,pessima officina vado con mezzo a nolo mi dicono che ordinano i ricambi (pastiglie freno e dischi ) niente di eccezionale,dopo 10 giorni di silenzio da parte loro li ricontatto io e guarda caso i ricambi erano appena arrivati,ovviamente era una bugia.Non mi vedranno mai più e so che il mio non è un caso isolato.. In un'altra officina li hanno riconosciuti subito e il pezzo era stato ordinato, l'unico problema è che sono andato a vivere a 1000 km da tale officina. Vado in questa, niente. "Loro non vedono". A	Alfonso Ferrara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo 10 anni come cliente con molto dispiacere ho dovuto dire basta. La qualità del servizio e professionalità negli ultimi anni si è abbassato molto. Ho avuto una perdita di refrigerante, mi hanno cambiato la guarnizione del collettore. Al di là dei ritardi della consegna del ricambio (a detta loro colpa del corriere), il problema non è stato risolto. Ci sono dovuto tornare, mi hanno ricambiato la guarnizione. Il problema (ovviamente) si ripresenta e decido di affidarmi ad un altro meccanico, che nota che la plastica nell'alloggiamento della guarnizione è spezzata, spiegando così perché continuasse a perdere. Ora questo denota poca cura nel lavoro perché se io ti porto la macchina per ben due volte e tu non ti accorgi di questa cosa, viene da sé che ci sia poca attenzione per una cosa banale come questa. Io posso non essere meccanico, ma da appassionato posso solo dire che non posso avere fiducia a lasciare l'auto nelle loro mani. After 10 years as a customer with a lot of regret I had to say enough. Now this denotes little care in the work because if I bring you the car twice and you don't notice this, it goes without saying that there is little attention for a trivial thing like this. I may not be a mechanic, but as an enthusiast I can only say that I cannot trust to leave the car in their hands.
