Avrei comunque apprezzato tanto la trasparenza se ci fosse stato qualche passaggio in più via mail o WhatsApp in merito ai ritardi della pratica. E sarebbe stato 'five stars'. Esperienza comunque soddisfacente. Courteous and trained staff, certainly extended timing due to registration bureaucratic delays not attributable to AutoPlus. However, I would have appreciated the transparency so much if there had been some more steps via email or WhatsApp regarding the delays in the practice. And it would have been 'five stars'. However satisfying experience.

I found qualified and absolutely available personnel for every request. I entrusted myself to the firm hands of Mirko and Carmen who were always available to satisfy my requests and my questions. The car is wonderful, arrived in perfect condition. If I were to make another purchase in the future I would not think twice in choosing or even recommending this dealer.
