Nel mentre mi viene attivato un noleggio da Ford con AciGlobal Service. Dopo un mese, mi viene riconsegnata la mia macchina e causa errore/svista da parte di chi ha seguito le pratiche di noleggio mi ritrovo a dover pagare una parte del noleggio che doveva essere completamente coperto da Ford. Sentito il numero verde Ford, mi viene detto che è un problema mio e del noleggiatore, non più di Ford. Assistenza assente, servizio pessimo e danno economico ricevuto. Costo tagliando Discovery Sport pazzesco, a titolo esemplificativo ma non esaustivo: - manodopera € 70+ iva/h, quando normalmente sarebbe a € 33+iva/h; - olio Castrol Edge Professional 0w30 € 36+iva/l, quando si acquista come privato a 14€ iva compresa/l. E il servizio post-vendita è pressappoco inesistente, lunghe attese anche per i servizi dovuti in garanzia, indisponenza, promesse non mantenute senza alcuna spiegazione plausibile. Non comprerò mai più una macchina da questa concessionaria! Bad attitude towards the buyer, little seriousness and zero commitment! (more than a month beyond the agreed delivery date and with all the formalities completed!)
