They gave us a car of the class we booked, it was in a perfect technical state and very clean both inside and outside. The handover of the car at the airport and its return were on the time agreed. We returned the car with half of the tank, the same as we took it over. Everything was clear and according to booking conditions. We can highly recommend this company, we would use their service during our next visit again.

Everything was done efficiently and very timely. An additional plus for full insurance so that our stay in Sicily could take place without unnecessary stress. This time everything was amazing. First we did a reservation and then Sofia contacted us and explained everything. We were calm because in any case we could contact her. The whole process was very smooth, quick and easy. We didn’t had to use a credit card (PayPal or bank transfer). Car was great. There were no problems whatsoever. We can and will definitely recommend this company! Thank you again Sofia and Gianni!

Unfortunately most of the companies we found had very poor reviews and some very sad stories attached to them. We almost give up, not wanting to take a risk. However, just by chance whilst searching for various activities in the area I came across the EasyTrapani website and noticed they had very positive reviews for car rental. I sent an enquiry and they very quickly replied with all the information. I paid a deposit through PayPal and our rental was confirmed. The communication is extremely prompt and reassuring. On the day of our rental we were contacted by Sofia who was our contact. She is a great communicator and very caring. Making sure we understood all of the instruction. We met here at the airport to pick up to the car and paid the deposit in cash which was very convenient for us. She was a delight. The only disappointment was she couldn't join us for the holiday haha The car was great. Worked fine. No problems. The insurance is fully inclusive so there is no stress at all. It was actually a bigger car than we expected so that was a bonus. When we returned the car. Sofia was there to great us. The service was impeccable. We are very happy we found this brilliant company with the brilliant Sofia. I will recommend them to anyone that listens and should I return they will be my first call. Many thanks Micky ??
