A due passi dalla stazione dei treni, auto impeccabile e nuova, pulitissima, a cambio automatico come avevamo richiesto. Gentilezza e disponibilità unica del personale che ci è venuto incontro su alcune nostre richieste. Super consigliato!! Prezzi convenienti. Speriamo di tornare presto ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We asked that we have a car that was safe and checked recently as we were driving over 400 kilometers in one day and wanted to make sure the car was safe. From the moment we stepped on the brakes we realized this was not a safe car. The entire journey we could hear the brakes grinding and grinding and we didn't know if the car was going to stop or not. We were told this was a new car as well. It has 47000 km on it already. When we returned the car a day later we told the company about our concern for not feeling safe and before we could even get out the phrase problem with the brake they were already shaking their head saying yes we know about it. We stood there dumbfounded that a company would knowingly let someone rent a car that was not safe to drive especially as far as we did when we told them how far we were driving. They said they knew about the problem and that it was going to the garage now to get fixed. Had the car been there for 10 days longer and not been rented then they would have taken it to get fixed but they would rather sell the car for one day and get the extra money we were spending on the extra kilometers we drove and possibly risk our lives than do the right thing and give us a different car. They did not give us anything in return or even a discount or an apology. We were very disappointed in this company and will not suggest them to anyone. We spent over $125 on the rental, extra kilometers and gas. Not happy with this company at all. Do yourselves a favor and go with a different company.
