Dopo aver visto l'annuncio pubblicato il 16 luglio sul sito internet, con tanti pezzi di ricambio disponibili in vendita, contatto il venditore prima attraverso il sito e non ricevo alcuna risposta, poi via WhatsApp e anche lì non ricevo risposta, dopo aver contattato telefonicamente mi vien detto che hanno visto il mio messaggio, ma non hanno voluto rispondere. A quanto pare o non vogliono lavorare o non hanno nessun tipo di ricambi.... Pessima esperienza.
Bad customer service. After seeing the announcement published on July 16 on the website, with many spare parts available for sale, I contact the seller first through the site and I do not receive any response, then via WhatsApp and there too I do not receive a response, after having contacted by phone I am told that they saw my message but did not want to reply. Apparently either they don't want to work or they don't have any kind of spares .... Bad experience.
