Ovviamente ho pagato la macchina più il passaggio. L’ho riportata in concessionaria per farla aggiustare e dopo quasi 2 mesi mi è stato detto che non si poteva aggiustare perché il motore era fuso. In questi 2 mesi un’assistenza pietosa, il titolare dell’agenzia non rispondeva mai ai miei messaggi e per avere un colloquio dovevo chiamare più volte presso il negozio. Alla fine ci accordiamo per sostituire la macchina rotta con una panda, ovviamente lascio i soldi del passaggio in concessionaria. Da metà febbraio il passaggio viene fatto a maggio dopo numerosi solleciti da parte mia, ho rischiato di essere multato perché ovviamente il foglio di via era scaduto. Mi viene in mente di controllare tramite una visura la precedente vettura che avevo acquistato per vedere se il passaggio era stato fatto e scopro che non ero mai stato legalmente proprietario perché l’ultimo passaggio risaliva al 2014. In pratica avevo lasciato una somma di circa 400 euro per il passaggio dell’MG ma il concessionario non l’ha mai fatto, pensando forse che siccome gli avevo restituito la macchina difettosa nessuno avrebbe mai controllato. Assistenza pessima al cliente e atteggiamento poco trasparente. Concessionario da evitare sotto tutti i fronti. Experience to forget, I purchased a used car that stopped after 15 days. It occurs to me to check through a search the previous car that I had purchased to see if the change had been made and I discover that I had never been legally owner because the last change dates back to 2014. m	mario mancini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo comportamento dopo una rottura di una vettura usata venduta da pochi mesi.effettuati lavori non autorizzati da officina a lui convenzionata pretendendo il pagamento di 1300 euro. la macchina proposta in sostituzione per impossibilità di pagamento è risultata di valore nettamente inferiore a quella data indietro.poca correttezza dimostrata....dato che il concessionario è in buonafede ha bloccato le recensioni per non dare modo di rispondere...vendere una macchina del valore di 1700 euro a 5400 è veramente un comportamento da persona onesta..e vantandosi pure di avermi dato 1000 euro di differenza pensando che questo gli faccia onore.1700+1000 a casa mia fanno 2700 euro.manca qualche particolare? Ah sì..del BMW non ha trovato neanche la seconda chiave dopo circa un anno!!! Bad behavior after a breakdown of a used car sold a few months ago.
