★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saro' stato fortunato ma sono stato per pagare una multa di un bollo 2018 visto che hanno eliminato il bollettino postale...ritirato il biglietto con persone 31 in coda prima di me....ho atteso 17 min!! sfido qualsiasi altro ufficio italiano a fare meglio ! complimenti allo staff TUTTO
 I will have been lucky but I was to pay a fine of a 2018 stamp since they eliminated the postal bill ... I picked up the ticket with 31 people in the queue before me .... I waited 17 min !! I challenge any other Italian office to do better! congratulations to the staff ALL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non rispondono alle continue chiamate!! non mi vorrei sbagliare ma credo che anche questi signori, che in questo momento dovrebbero aiutare i cittadini che hanno bisogno dei loro servigi, approfittino di tale difficile momento per non ottemperare ai loro obblighi ovvero doveri!!
Segnalerò tale anomalo comportamento alle competenti autorità giudiziarie!!
They do not answer the constant calls !! I would not be wrong but I think that even these gentlemen, who at this moment should help citizens who need their services, take advantage of this difficult time to not fulfill their obligations or duties !!
I will report this anomalous behavior to the competent judicial authorities !!

Ma se io mi sono rivolta all'aci è perché ho bisogno di aiuto!!! Perciò se amate il vostro lavoro okk...altrimenti rimanete a casa a dormire!!!!!!
Normally helpful and kind staff !!! But this morning at counter no. 4 there was an annoying gentleman ... any question I asked him was dazed !!! But if I turned to ACI it is because I need help !!! So if you love your job okk ... otherwise stay home and sleep !!!!!!

Devo dire impiegato cortesissimo ,spiegazioni al 100% devo dire. Che dopo aver pagato quasi 500 euro sono rimasto contentissimo del servizio ?
