★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La signora allo sportello è antipaticissima e maleducata, ho chiesto di pagare contactless e ha risposto "assolutamente no, non voglio problemi con il pos", io le ho spiegato cosa fosse e lei mi ha risposto "proverò io a fine giornata con il mio bancomat con 1€". Rispondeva male anche agli altri clienti. Portatele un po' di caffè ogni tanto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata presso loro ufficio per rinnovare patente, e la signora allo sportello particolarmente incompetente e scortese mi ha rifiutato il rinnovo dicendo mi che è troppo presto, anche se è possibile fare richiesta 4 mesi in anticipo della scadenza, come ho fatto io. Addirittura mi ha detto che la mia foto che ho portato, Non È Autentica e non assomiglio affatto???!! È stata scattata 5 mesi fa, e secondo lei, io non sono quella persona!! Quella anziana indossava occhiali ed io la mascherina!!! Roba da matti!! Non metterò mai più il piede in questa agenzia e non ho più intenzione a perdere tempo con gli imbecilli!!

Recarsi di persona è un terno al lotto, adesso funziona tutto, domani o anche tra 5 minuti, chissà. Si rischia di trovare sempre qualcosa che non va per sentirsi dire "le conviene tornare domani"

Volevo sottolineare che non mi riferivo al personale ma al modello ACI (non riesco a cancellarlo). Oggi, per par conditio, voglio dare 5 stelle per quanto concerne il rinnovo della patente. In 10 giorni ho prenotato la visita e ricevuto la patente nuova. Mi scuso con le segretarie per la mia recensione di quattro anni fa ma non era mia intenzione screditare il loro operato.
Four years ago I shared a negative review of a car purchase in Slovenia. I wanted to emphasize that I was not referring to the personal but to the ACI model (I cannot delete it). Today, for par conditio, I want to give 5 stars for the renewal of the license. In 10 days I booked the visit and received the new driving license. I apologize to the secretaries for my review four years ago but it was not my intention to discredit their work.
