★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossibile prenotare un passaggio di proprietà dal sito, 2 mesi di tentativi, difficile prendere la linea telefonicamente e comunque nessun aiuto una volta presa non sapevano come funzionasse il servizio di prenotazione, ovviamente mi sono dovuto rivolgere ad una agenzia privata dove ho risolto velocemente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inizio dicendo che non è colpa degli impiegati ,ma 5 posti al giorno per 2 GG a settimana, su prenotazione, per fare un passaggio di proprietà sono scandalosi. Totale di 40 posti al mese su 200.000 abitanti. Altrimenti come suggerito dai dipendenti sborsi 200€ in più e fai subito tramite agenzia. Se questa è la soluzione statale per risollevare l'Italia siamo a posto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bisogna prenotare online la mattina presto (per 2 settimane dopo). Se si riesce nell'impresa, ci si presenta agli sportelli (solo il martedí e mercoledí mattina). Ho trovato 3 sportelli aperti con 3 dipendenti seduti, a garantire 1 appuntamento totale ogni ora?!!! Quindi 4-5 appuntamenti per 2 giorni alla settimana. Non c'erano utenti ovviamente. Si vuole spingere il cittadino ad utilizzare le agenzie private (o altre agenzie aci...) a costi 2-3 volte superiori per svolgere pratiche obbligatorie per Legge. Anche i dipendenti sono sviliti da una simile organizzazione. Vorrei sapere quali interessi ci sono dietro una simile organizzazione. L'unica stella è meritata per la cortesia del personale.
You have to book online early in the morning (for 2 weeks later). If you succeed in the enterprise, you go to the counters (only on Tuesdays and Wednesdays morning). I found 3 counters open with 3 employees seated, to guarantee 1 total appointment every hour? !!! So 4-5 appointments 2 days a week. There were obviously no users. We want to push the citizen to use private agencies (or other aci ... agencies) at 2-3 times higher costs to carry out procedures required by law. Employees are also demeaned by such an organization. I would like to know what interests are behind such an organization. The only star is deserved for the courtesy of the staff.
