MA EFFETTIVA!!), PREPARAZIONE e COMPETENZA mettono l'utente nelle condizioni e nella predisposizione mentaledi assolvere ai suoi doveri di cittadino. Un vero peccato che vengano eliminati gli orari pomeridiani che permettOno a chi lavora al mattino di fruire del servizio. Inutile dire che cancellano sempre e solo servizi UTILI ED EFFICIENTI. THE ONLY office in Messina where EDUCATION (NOT SLICED AND / OR LEARNED AT A COURSE. BUT EFFECTIVE !!), PREPARATION and COMPETENCE put the user in the conditions and mental predisposition to carry out his duties as a citizen. A real pity that the afternoon hours that allow those who work in the morning to take advantage of the service are eliminated. Prendo il numero 47 quando devono ancora servire il 19. Quasi quasi desisto. Poi faccio una commissione in zona di 15/20 minuti e torno. Sono già al 40! L'impiegato con cui ho parlato è stato efficiente ed esaustivo. Come prima volta in questo ufficio non è male. Ho chiesto ripetutamente da circa 10 anni le ragioni per le quali nessuno cambia questo sistema, ma puntualmente ogni anno, mi è stato detto: "è così non ci possiamo fare niente". Già nulla cambia perchè purtroppo noi cittadini non ci sappiamo lamentare a dovere e non pretendiamo che le cose cambino! Darei 0 stelle ma non è possibile. 1) Ho richiesto un appuntamento via mail come richiesto allo sportello e sul sito, ma senza nessun risultato. 2) ho chiamato più volte ma al telefono non risponde nessuno 3) alla richiesta di documentazione necessaria per effettuare la pratica viene chiesto un recapito telefonico, ma morirai aspettando. Bad. A	Aci Messina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo letto tutte le vostre recensioni.grazie a tutti per aver dato un voto alto e grazie anche a chi ha preferito mettere una stella.Vogliamo solo spiegare ,avendo letto tutte le recensioni ,che molte non sono riferite a noi (ufficio sito in via Luciano Manara),ma al PRA in via Giordano Bruno .Da noi per esempio non sono mai stati presi appuntamenti tramite e mail per eventuali passaggi di propietà.Dare una stella perchè da noi si paga il bollo , mi sembra un assurdità .Non è colpa nostra ,ma scrivendo una recensione con una stella o due danneggiate solo noi , non di certo l inventore del bollo .Dunque ripeto :fate distinzione tra Ac MEssina (noi) e ACI PRA (via Giordano bruno ).grazie We have read all your reviews.Thank you all for giving it a high rating and thanks also to those who preferred to put a star.We just want to explain, having read all the reviews, that many are not related to us (office located in via Luciano Manara), but at the PRA in via Giordano Bruno. G	Giuseppe Sdillico on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ufficio dislocato in centro città utile per varie operazioni automobilistiche, tipo pagamento bollo auto, visure ora, consulenze, compravendita veicoli etc. Consiglio comunque in caso di visure e certificazioni inerenti intestatari mezzi etc. di farli direttamente al Pra in quanto costa molto meno, circa il 50%.
