Con loro mi sono trovato benissimo e consiglio Automazione e Sicurezza a tutti coloro che hanno bisogno di installare antifurti, porte box, cancelli e quant'altro.

I bought and had a rei door installed. They were really nice and helpful. they complied with all my requests for postponement. even the installers were kind, precise and tidy. I will definitely come back to them for other jobs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho recuperato il loro contatto sul sito FAAC per avere un'assistenza "ufficiale" su un cancello (ovviamente automatizzato FAAC) bloccato. L'impiegata, molto gentilmente e onestamente, mi ha detto che solitamente danno la precedenza ai clienti che hanno fatto le installazioni da loro e che erano un po' "pieni" ma mi avrebbe telefonato la settimana successiva per un appuntamento. La settimana dopo mi hanno chiamato per propormi un intervento in giornata perché avevano i tecnici nella mia zona.
Nel frattempo ero già riuscito a risolvere il problema ma loro sono stati professionali e di parola.
Testata di persona, posso dire che generalmente l'assistenza ufficiale FAAC è alquanto scarsa come tempistiche. Insieme ad Automazione e Sicurezza avevo contattato altre due assistenze (anche più vicine) e dopo quindici giorni sto ancora aspettando la telefonata promessa per l'uscita del tecnico...
Automazione e Sicurezza si è distinta in positivo. Merce rara. Bravi.
I retrieved their contact on the FAAC website to have "official" assistance on a blocked gate (obviously FAAC automated). The clerk very kindly and honestly told me that they usually give priority to customers who have installed them and that they were a little "full" but she would call me the following week for an appointment. The following week they called me to offer me a same day intervention because they had technicians in my area.
In the meantime I had already managed to solve the problem but they were professional and of their word.
Tested in person, I can say that generally FAAC official assistance is rather poor in terms of timing. Together with Automation and Security I had contacted two other assistance services (even closer) and after fifteen days I am still waiting for the promised telephone call for the technician to leave ...
Automation and Safety stood out positively. Rare commodity. Well done.
