La risposta è "Siete gli unici ad avere questo problema, stiamo facendo le dovute ricerche per risolvere il problema!" SIAMO A METÀ AGOSTO!!! Problema al frigo, è andato in palla il sistema, ha svuotato tutte le bibite, una coca cola si è rotta e quindi SECONDO loro è stata la coca cola ad aver causato tutto. Martedì scorso il pezzo sarebbe dovuto essere nelle mani dei tecnici ed entro fine settimana il frigo (almeno) sarebbe dovuto essere funzionante, come è finita???..poco fa chiamano per dire che il pezzo non è stato spedito, Lunedi sapranno se arriverà e nel caso lo scontreranno da un distributore che hanno fermo non so dove e chissà quando lo sistemeranno... Bene, questa è solo parte dei problemi avuti.. Ne avrei altri...ma scelgo di fermarmi qui. Vi aggiornerò sulla faccenda. Per ora il mio giudizio è 1, e ad oggi l azienda secondo me non è seria! E' inaccettabile una così breve durata di un componente in un distributore così costoso dal quale ti aspetteresti un'elevata affidabilità e durata nel tempo. La spesa che ho dovuto sostenere, poiché non più in garanzia, è stata di oltre 420 Euro di cui 22 Euro per la sola spedizione per un peso complessivo di qualche etto (incredibile ma vero). Tralascio le altre imperfezioni alle quali ho dovuto rimediare alla meno peggio. Per tali motivi lo sconsiglio vivamente. X tutta risposta 750 euro più 50euro di chiamata....mi faccio un mega week end..altro che sostituire un pezzo di plastica.....sconsigliatiasimo!!!!!
