Dopo 3 giorni mio figlio passa segnalando un problema alla macchina. Gli viene detto che non è un loro problema. Insomma basta che gli lasciate i soldi e poi chi si è visto se visto. Dopo 8 mesi alla fine il ragazzo si è convinto di cambiare macchina di nuovo. Dopo che è rimasto a piedi per 2 volte. Not even. Problems since the car left the salon. A lot of chat and no facts. L’abitacolo puzzava distintamente di fumo (a detta sia mia che di mia moglie), ma secondo il loro primo venditore la puzza non si sentiva mentre per un secondo venditore si trattava del filtro antiparticolato (!). Non sapevano dirmi se il proprietario precedente fumava (né hanno detto che si sarebbero informati, come professionalità dovrebbe suggerire loro). Anche su altri dettagli hanno rilasciato affermazioni alquanto discutibili. La mia esperienza è stata pessima. Dávejte pozor, že auto musí být čisté před návratem, já jsem o tom nevěděl a doplatil 20€ pro úklid auta, ale to je fare. Pobočka nabízí transfer z letiště a zpátky (pobočka je vedle letiště, a nemusíte jít do pobočky v Trapani). Chtěli ještě udržet 100€ za neplacenou silnici (9€) ale já jsem zaplatil to přes on-line před zaměstnanci pobočky, ukázal jím že platba proběhla v pořádku a hotovo, žádná extra 100€ pokuta :) Great and fast car dealing. Abbiamo velocemente concordato un prezzo che mi rende pienamente soddisfatto ma ancor di più la puntualità. Mi ha inviato copia dell’assegno circolare il giorno prima del nostro incontro e tutto è andato precisamente come concordato. Voto 10, nulla da eccepire…ce ne fossero di auto-rivenditori così.
