Vista e piaciuta (ovvero senza nemmeno la garanzia prevista per legge, che mi è stata consegnata completamente depennata…). Dopo aver avuto rassicurazioni da parte del venditore che l’auto non aveva interventi da fare. Ritirata l’auto, il giorno successivo, ho l’avviso di batteria scarica. Allora porto l’auto in assistenza per vedere se era possibile ricaricarla. Nulla. Da sostituire. 389 euro. Inoltre mi dicono che lo pneumatico della ruota di scorta è di una misura non compatibile e trovano un braccetto dell’auto da sostituire. Ovviamente chiamo il concessionario ma non ne vogliono sapere. Neanche della batteria. Inoltre al ritiro mi accorgevo che mancava il libretto di uso e manutenzione dell’auto (da consegnare obbligatoriamente per legge). Il venditore aveva promesso che me lo avrebbe inviato. Mai arrivato. Con rammarico devo dire che, a mio avviso e per la mia esperienza, non si sono rivelati seri e professionali. Unfortunately not a very positive experience. With regret I must say that, in my opinion and from my experience, they have not turned out to be serious and professional.

La Renault Kadjar usata che avevo scelto e poi acquistato, inizialmente aveva dei problemi, ma sono stati affrontati serenamente dalla concessionaria nella persona di Alessandro Toschi, sempre disponibile per ogni richiesta, ed i problemi sono stati risolti senza discussioni. Ad oggi sono soddisfatto dell'acquisto; se dovessi consigliare questa concessionaria, lo farei senza dubbi, ed infatti la consiglio. I met the Autolux Group Srl dealership in Lucca through the Auto Scout24 website. The used Renault Kadjar that I had chosen and then bought, initially had some problems, but they were dealt with peacefully by the dealership in the person of Alessandro Toschi, always available for any request, and the problems were solved without discussion. To date I am satisfied with the purchase; if I had to recommend this dealership, I would do it without doubts, and in fact I recommend it.
