Ho chiamato la settimana scorsa per sapere l'orario di un pullman ma quando sono andata alla fermata ho aspettato due ore perché il pullman che mi avevano detto non c'era. Non solo hanno creato disagio me ma anche alle altre persone che aspettavano. Inoltre ho chiamato poco fa e la ragazza che mi ha risposto mi ha chiuso il telefono in faccia dicendo "arrivederci" mentre stavo ancora parlando. Maleducati e inesperti. Bad.
