a	arianna ragionieri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uso tutte le estati la linea Lorenzini in quanto è comoda e risparmia molto tempo in treno ma consiglierei a coloro che gestiscono il servizio di comunicare con altre aziende esterne che vendono per loro conto i biglietti(es. Tabaccherie) . Dico questo perché se non comunicano, come è sempre stato, non sanno quante persone saranno a bordo nel caso c'è ne fossero in eccedenza. Ps. In quest'ultimo caso è capitato più volte che avessero fatto salire a bordo persone che non ci stavano facendole sedere per terra o sui gradini del pullman... CONSIGLIO PER CHI VIAGGIA: ci sono, come ho detto sopra, luoghi che vendono i biglietti in alcune città, informatevi e prendete li i biglietti. Si evita così che tutti facciano il biglietto quando arriva il pullman e di stare mezz'ora fermi e tardare per nulla, dato che spesso è già in ritardo per le code in autostrada, grazie. Il nostro disagio deriva dal fatto che i posti assegnatici in fondo al pullman erano talmente stretti che era impossibile potervi sedere a lungo, figuratevi in una gita di circa 1000 Km all'andata e altrettanti per il ritorno. Siamo convinti che i posti non siano a norma in quanto mancano tutti i crismi di sicurezza e non sono presenti le norme per una corretta comodità. Noi abbiamo pagato la stessa cifra degli altri passeggeri ma siamo stati penalizzati da questa situazione. Io sono stata operata da 2 mesi ai piedi e mi si bloccava la circolazione, gli altri alti mt 1,85 non potevano allungare le gambe, né reclinare il sedile per la schiena. Il rispetto e la comodità per i clienti dovrebbe essere la priorità. In Germania i pullman di queste dimensioni hanno 54 posti per la comodità del passeggero . Il prezzo è un pò altino soprattutto se si fa andata e ritorno in giornata.... Peccato I can only talk about the summer route from Reggio Emilia to Versilia .... Then he took us to a quarry and said we needed to pay an extra 2 eur each as a transfer. I guess we all paid rather than risking getting left behind . Dodgy video translated by computer was quite funny. Overall- avoid
T	THANHMAI PHAM on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On October 3, 2018 , we were a group of 40 people arrive to the port of La Spezia, and we had a whole day tour in Florence and Pisa, Italy. Fabio from Lorenzini rented us an excellent coach and the driver, Giuliano. The driver Giuliano is very punctual, drive us safely. There's just no complaint from our part. On the way back to the cruise ship, there was traffic, so it took us longer than the time previously plan, but the driver did not complaint. He seems real cool.
