F	Fabio Barzagli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vado di sabato, metto 7 euro dalla colonnina ma il lavaggio non parte, nessun cellulare da poter chiamare, alla sera torno dal lavaggio e vedo credito 14 euro quindi altri si sono fermati senza fortuna. Vado di lunedi, il gestore mi risponde scortese e arrogante e mi da 7 euro dicendomi "questi sono regalati". Io li rifiuto. Mai trattato cosi male I go on Saturday, I put 7 euros off the pillar but the wash doesn't start, no cell phone to call, in the evening I come back from the wash and I see 14 euro credit so others stopped without luck. I go on Monday, the manager replies rude and arrogant and gives me 7 euros telling me "these are given away". I reject them. Never treated so badly

Schiuma non funzionante, aspirapolvere che non aspira, difficoltà nel mettere i gettoni che non vengono presi mai al primo inserimento, ogni sessione di lavaggio dura pochissimo e, se non bastasse, l'auto è più sporca di prima, piena di aloni e macchie. A mai più! If I could, I would put 0 stars! That's what this car wash deserves, so to speak. Avevo esplicitamente chiesto, anche ai ragazzi stessi che se ne occupano, che per gli interni fosse passata solamente l'aspirapolvere sulle moquette (odio l'odore dei disinfettanti e quando questi non sono ipoallergenici rischio reazioni cutanee), ma per mancanza di comunicazione tra loro è stato fatto il servizio completo, e nonostante abbia ripetuto ad una delle ragazze la mia richiesta questa mi ha risposto che avevo pagato per il servizio completo. Secondo me per fare bene un servizio è essenziale ascoltare il cliente. Very bad experience ...
