M	Marco A. Mollo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ragazzi che lavoravano in questo autolavaggio (forse ci lavorano ancora) erano davvero bravi e professionali. Finché un bel giorno porto l'auto al lavaggio, non trovando gli stessi ragazzi, mi dicono che sono in ferie e al ritiro vi è un tizio nuovo. L'auto è davvero sporca (addirittura con il fango ancora presente) e glielo faccio notare. Si scusa, cerca di rimediare con uno strofinaccio, dice "questi ragazzi, purtroppo non posso controllarli sempre" ed infine mi offre un lavaggio gratuito. Al successivo lavaggio auto, due settimane dopo e "dopo aver pagato" faccio presente la cosa ed il proprietario mi risponde in malo modo, dicendo che non esiste alcun'altra persona e che è impossibile che chiunque mi abbia risposto così. Non insisto troppo anche perché continua a dire che è impossibile e sposta l'attenzione altrove. Assurdo! Inoltre il risultato del lavaggio non era ottimo come in precedenza ma davvero mediocre. Ho cambiato autolavaggio. The guys who worked in this car wash (maybe they still work there) were really good and professional. Until one day I take the car to the wash, not finding the same boys, they tell me I'm on vacation and there is a new guy at the retreat. The car is really dirty (even with the mud still present) and I point it out. He apologizes, tries to fix it with a tea towel, says "these guys, unfortunately I can't always check them" and finally offers me a free wash. At the next car wash, two weeks later and "after paying" I point this out and the owner replies in a bad way, saying that no other person exists and that it is impossible for anyone to have answered me like that. I do not insist too much because it continues to say that it is impossible and focus attention elsewhere. Absurd! Furthermore, the washing result was not as good as before but really mediocre. I changed my car wash.
P	Paola Barbetta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Macchina appena ritirata dal lavaggio. Le foto si commentano da sole eppure non stiamo parlando di un Suv ma di una Fiat 500 epoca. Non so come ma mi hanno rovinato il logo (la parte cromata non esiste quasi più) facendo uscire la parte bianca. Mi è stato detto che già stava così e che loro non avevano colpe. IO LA MACCHINA LA GUARDO SEMPRE PERCHÉ SONO UNA MANIACA OSSESSIVA DELLA MIA 500 e non mi si deve prendere in giro... Questo non lo tollero...!!!! Cerchioni pieni di grasso quindi non puliti, per non parlare dei vetri all’interno, non ci sono per niente entrati a pulirli...! No non va bene, 10 euro regalati per un servizio non fatto, anzi fatto malissimo. Ho ringraziato e me ne sono andata con tanta collera ma a me MAI, MAI PIÙ MI VEDRANNO...!!!! Machine just withdrawn from washing. The photos speak for themselves and yet we are not talking about an SUV but a vintage Fiat 500. I don't know how, but they ruined my logo (the chrome part hardly exists anymore) and the white part came out. I was told that this was already the case and that they had no fault. I ALWAYS LOOK AT THE MACHINE BECAUSE I AM AN OBSESSIVE STITCH OF MY 500 and I must not be fooled ... I will not tolerate this ... !!!! Rims full of grease so not cleaned, not to mention the glass inside, they didn't come in to clean them at all ...! No it is not a good thing, 10 euros given away for a service not done, or rather badly done. I thanked and left with such anger but NEVER, NEVER WILL SEE ME AGAIN ... !!!!
