★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato la mia auto a lavare questa mattina, al ritiro dell'auto dopo il lavaggio c'erano danni evidenti che ho fotografato (una guarnizione rovinata probabilmente da una lancia di getto dell'acqua e il pomello del cambio spellato), chiedendo spiegazioni mi viene risposto dai ragazzi "fidati che se noi facciamo danni prima di restituire la macchina te lo diciamo".
Non credo ci sia bisogno di aggiungere altro, la mia auto è stata rovinata e purtroppo me la tengo così.
Ho chiesto se avessero un assicurazione o un carrozziere di fiducia ma non c'è stato nulla da fare, hanno continuato a dirmi "fidati di noi, ti stai sbagliando".
Brutta esperienza soprattutto per la presuntuositá del responsabile con cui ho parlato.
I took my car to wash this morning, when the car was picked up after washing there were evident damages that I photographed (a gasket probably damaged by a water jet lance and the stripped gear knob), asking for explanations the boys replied "trust that if we do damage before returning the car we will tell you".
I don't think there is any need to add anything else, my car has been ruined and unfortunately I keep it that way.
I asked if they had an insurance or a trusted coachbuilder but there was nothing to do, they kept saying "trust us, you're wrong".
Bad experience especially for the presumptuousness of the manager with whom I spoke.
