★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio da migliorare....speso 20 € per un lavaggio completo alla mia utilitaria (ok i 3€ per igienizzazione) ma poi il servizio asciatura.. a mio avviso.. svolto con molta sufficienza.... insomma... non pretendo la perfezione... ma visto la molta concorrenza in zona di lavaggi sel service preferirei un servizio più curato
Service to be improved .... spent € 20 for a complete wash of my small car (ok € 3 for sanitation) but then the axial service .. in my opinion .. done very well .... well ... not I expect perfection ... but given the great competition in the sel service washing area, I would prefer a more refined service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Macchina non pulita del tutto, sotto i tappetini bagnati la moquette era ancora piena di briciole e peli, una macchia di fango sul sedile posteriore è rimasta intatta (l'ho lavata io quando sono tornata a casa), gli aloni sui vetri fastidiosi nel momento che mi sono messa alla guida. Quando l'ho fatto notare, è stata ammessa la mediocrità del lavoro svolto ma mi è stato detto che le briciole arrivavano da sotto i sedili (???) Ho dovuto aspettare ancora mezz'ora perché hanno aspirato ancora alla buona (l'avevo già lasciata per un'ora abbondante) e al mio ritiro non ci sono state neanche delle scuse. Con 18€ mi aspetto molto di più! E soprattutto senza prese in giro.
Car not completely cleaned, under the wet carpets the carpet was still full of crumbs and hair, a mud stain on the back seat remained intact (I washed it when I got home), the halos on the windows annoying at the moment that I started driving. When I pointed this out, the mediocrity of the work was admitted but I was told that the crumbs were coming from under the seats (???) I had to wait another half hour because they still aspired to the good (I had it already left for an hour) and on my retirement there was not even an apology. With € 18 I expect a lot more! And above all without teasing.
