★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E' vero che la pontina è lunga ma di posti di ristoro decenti non è pieno come dovrebbe. Questo è il classico autogrill anche se in miniatura che fornisce tutti i servizi di quelli decisamente più grandi anche se gli spazi per sedersi e mangiare qualcosa sono ristretti ed in caso ci si trovi con altre 2/3 famiglie è impossibile. Tranne questo aspetto nulla da invidiare agli altri.
It is true that the Pontina is long but decent refreshment places are not as full as it should be. This is the classic autogrill although in miniature which provides all the services of those decidedly larger even if the spaces to sit and eat something are restricted and in case you are with other 2/3 families it is impossible. Except this aspect nothing to envy to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono ritrovata qui diverse volte e non è che sia stato ogni volta piacevole ma non ho mai pensato a scrivere una recensione.
L’ultima volta però sono rimasta allibita e mi sento in dovere di farlo.
Aspettavo alla cassa già da diversi minuti il mio turno per fare uno scontrino per un caffè (avevo due persone lente avanti), alcuni signori entrati dopo di me sono andati direttamente al banco dei cornetti e sono stati serviti dalla stessa persona che stava facendo gli scontrini e che mi ha lasciato lì in attesa.
Ma quel che è peggio, è che mentre ho richiamato cortesemente la sua attenzione dicendole che aspettavo da un po’ per un caffè (avevo degli impegni e se sapevo così non mi sarei nemmeno fermata), lei ha risposto scocciata e inacidita che IO NON LE GESTISCO IL SUO LAVORO continuando a fare quello che faceva!
Beh, il mio caffè è stato amaro in tutti sensi e il suo atteggiamento si è confermato da solo.
Se mi fermo tra le corse per l’unico caffè della mattina mi piacerebbe ricevere non solo un buon servizio a livello di qualità ma anche accoglienza e gentilezza.
(Specie quando si è in torto).
I've been here several times and it's not like it's been pleasant every time but I never thought about writing a review.
The last time, however, I was stunned and I feel compelled to do so.
I had been waiting at the cashier for several minutes for my turn to get a receipt for a coffee (I had two slow people ahead), some gentlemen who entered after me went directly to the croissant counter and were served by the same person who was doing the receipts and that left me there waiting.
But what's worse, while I politely called her attention by telling her I'd been waiting for a while for a coffee (I had commitments and if I knew so I wouldn't even stop), she replied annoyed and soured that I DON'T HER. I MANAGE HIS WORK by continuing to do what he did!
Well, my coffee was bitter in every sense and his attitude confirmed itself.
If I stop between the races for the only coffee in the morning, I would like to receive not only good service in terms of quality but also hospitality and kindness.
(Especially when you are wrong).

IN FACT I PURCHASED MAPS AND FILTERS, AND NOT MADE CINE-PHOTOS TO SERV ??? - EVERY RESPONSIBLE EGREGIA, ERRORS AT WORK ARE CALLED INACCURACY, (WE THINK THE DOCTORS) AND THE ANSWERS MUST CALL AVAILABILITY AND COURTESY, AND ARE THE CHARGE OF THE RESPONSIBLE RISK COMPANY, NOT OF THE WORKER.
EVERYTHING CARRIED OUT IN A PLACE WHERE IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GO BACK, AND THAT € 3.90 MORE FOR A COFFEE AND CIGARETTE REALLY SEEMS TOO MUCH
