Abbiamo fatto una segnalazione dal 3 dicembre e a tutt'oggi nulla siamo senza riscaldamento e cuciniamo con una piastra elettrica dopo svariate telefonate non abbiamo risolto niente, ci rispondeva l'Abruzzo dicendo " abbiate pazienza a Fano stanno facendo il trasloco" vi faremo chiamare dal rappresentante o dall'autista questa presa in giro sta durando troppo mai visto un disservizio così, incapacità totale di problem solving sia da parte della ditta che dei dipendenti ( ah se doveste chiamarli e vi rispondono dall'Abruzzo evitate la voce femminile che vi fará venire solo più nervoso di quello che avete e tanto non risolverà nulla).Cara azienda siamo tutti bravi quando va tutto bene ma si è bravi quando pur negli intoppi si va avanti ugualmente e soprattutto si ha empatia, voi non vendete caramelle o profumi fornite gas bene primario ed essenziale in zone dove non arriva metano come le mie, ai piedi di una montagna dove le temperature di notte vanno sotto lo zero!!
