★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confermo in pieno la recensione precedente anche a distanza di un anno, peccato non averla letta in tempo! Mi sono trovato improvvisamente senza anabbaglianti, dovevo partire e quindi sono andato subito nel posto più vicino, credevo fosse un problema più grave invece erano solo le lampade fulminante, meno male avevo i ricambi con me! Solo per l'operazione di cambio che a dir tanto avrà richiesto 15 minuti hanno preteso 25 euro! LADRI!!
I fully confirm the previous review even after one year, too bad I didn't read it in time! I suddenly found myself without dipped headlights, I had to leave and so I immediately went to the nearest place, I thought it was a more serious problem instead they were only the striking lamps, thank goodness I had the spare parts with me! Only for the exchange operation which, to say the least, took 15 minutes demanded 25 euros! THIEVES !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non è stata affatto una bella esperienza: Secondo tagliando della Citroen C1 : 251,78 euro; di cui 7,5 euro circa per 2 litri di liquido per tergicristalli!
Ma c'è altro!
1-Mi hanno proposto di sostituire le gomme anteriori per passare la revisione (che avrei dovuto fare oltre al tagliando) al costo di 130 euro + iva + montaggio(a 35 euro l'ora); non ho accettato!! la revisione la farò di persona. Sta di fatto che ho portato personalmente l'auto a fare la revisione mi hanno detto che le gomme erano ancora buone (hanno 40.000 KM fatti tutti in città)
2-Mi hanno sostituito filtro aria e filtro motore per un totale di circa 60 euro(iva inclusa)...E la cosa assurda è che l'avevo già sostituiti 6 mesi prima
3-Ho pagato 84euro (2 ore prezzo iva inclusa) di manodopera per il tagliando e inversione gomme (che comunque andavano bene anche prima)...
IO LO SCONSIGLIO FORTEMENTE! HANNO PERSO UN CLIENTE E SPERO CHE NE PERDONO ALTRI GRAZIE A QUESTA RECENSIONE.
It was not a good experience at all: Second service of the Citroen C1: 251.78 euros; of which about 7.5 euros for 2 liters of wiper fluid!
But there is more!
1-I was offered to replace the front tires to pass the inspection (which I should have done in addition to the coupon) at a cost of 130 euros + VAT + assembly (35 euros per hour); I did not accept !! I will do the review myself. The fact is that I personally took the car to have the overhaul and they told me that the tires were still good (they have 40,000 KM done in the city).
2-They replaced me air filter and engine filter for a total of about 60 euros (VAT included) ... And the absurd thing is that I had already replaced it 6 months before
3-I paid 84euro (2 hours price including VAT) of labor for the service and tire reversal (which in any case were fine even before) ...
I STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND IT! THEY HAVE LOST ONE CUSTOMER AND I HOPE THEY LOSE MORE THANKS TO THIS REVIEW.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa gente non sa lavorare, state lontani da questa officina. Avevo un problema di surriscaldamento del motore e per ben due volte i signori di Sirea mi hanno ridato la macchina con lo stesso problema, facendomi pagare 180 euro in totale e trattandomi con sufficienza. Ho rischiato di bruciare il motore durante un viaggio dopo la seconda consegna dell'auto nel giro di pochi giorni. Morale della favola? Il problema è stato risolto da un altro meccanico, e mi ha fatto pagare la metà, dicendomi oltretutto che, a quanto gli risulta, i cambiamenti (guarnizione della pompa e manicotto) ventilati da Sirea per giustificare la cifra non erano stati nemmeno fatti. Disonesti, da evitare assolutamente.
These people don't know how to work, stay away from this workshop. I had a problem of overheating the engine and twice the gentlemen of Sirea gave me back the car with the same problem, making me pay 180 euros in total and dealing with enough. I risked burning the engine during a journey after the second delivery of the car within a few days. Moral of the story? The problem was solved by another mechanic, and he charged me half, telling me moreover that, to his knowledge, the changes (pump seal and sleeve) ventilated by Sirea to justify the figure had not even been made. Dishonest, to be avoided absolutely.
