Ho portato una renault clio che aveva un difetto da verificare e il titolare mi ha chiamata al cellulare rimproverandomi con modi per nulla gentili per aver portato in precedenza l'auto per il tagliando in un'altra officina, sostenendo che i clienti si ricordano delle officine affiliate alla casa madre solo quando ci sono dei danni da riparare in garanzia (riparazioni che non portano guadagno ai meccanici, cosa di cui non ero affatto al corrente). Ha blaterato per mezz'ora al telefono, non lasciandomi neanche la possibilità di spiegare che non sono tenuta a conoscere i particolari dei rapporti tra officine e case produttrici(per farlo smettere ho dovuto chiudere la comuni azione). È stato di una maleducazione unica. Per fortuna ho risolto tutto con un' altro meccanico. Ci sono anche persone educate! I don't argue about the owner's skills as a mechanic but about the way to treat customers. I brought a renault clio that had a defect to check and the owner called me on my cell phone and scolded me in an unkind manner for having previously taken the car for service to another workshop, claiming that customers remember the workshops affiliated with the parent company only when there is damage to be repaired under warranty (repairs that do not bring money to the mechanics, which I was not aware of at all). He babbled for half an hour on the phone, not even giving me the opportunity to explain that I am not required to know the details of the relationships between workshops and manufacturers (to get him to stop I had to close the common action). It was a unique rudeness. Luckily I solved everything with another mechanic. There are also polite people!
