Mi risponde una ragazza dalla voce già infastidita dal fatto che stessi chiamando per chiedere informazioni, in maniera scocciata e supponende mi da i prezzi indicativi richiesti al che ringrazio e saluto e per tutta risposta mi manda a quel paese pensando di avere già attaccato. Complimenti all educazione e alla pazienza della ragazza che per una chiamata di neanche 1 minuto. Consiglio al al titolare di verificare bene le persone che fanno parte del proprio staff di sicuro non mi vedranno mai nella loro officina si può essere anche bravo ma l educazione e l attenzione al cliente vengono prima di tutto. Fra pochi giorni deciderò di installare il terzo impianto GPL sulla mia nuova macchia. Tre impianti su tre vetture, ci sarà pur una ragione se vado da "PULCINI". Poi come tutte le storie d'amore questa fini per colpa mia perché la portai a fare dei lavori presso un altro meccanico che me la distrusse. A parte questa piccola sbandata che ho pagato cara, ogni qualvolta ho avuto qualche problema anche con le altre auto, mi sono rivolto presso di loro e ho trovato sempre grande simpatia umana allo stesso livello della loro competenza: indiscutibile. Un'officina familiare assolutamente consigliata, ancora disponibile a perdere tempo al giorno di oggi dove, col cacciavite d'oro e non col tester, sono rimasti in pochi! Se ne dovessi i istallare uno nuovo verrei da Pulcini. I had 1 LPG system installed for my wife's car, and I recommended it to 5 friends ..... all very satisfied!
