Fusibile bruciato della piastra della batteria Ducato
Il capo officina molto maleducato mi dice che non abbiamo tempo da perdere e mi fa andare via senza verificare i fusibili
Risolto il problema in dieci minuti in un altra officina a Montepulciano Scalo
Con ciò non tornerò per nessun problema in codesta officina e spero che non ci torni nessun altro

Ducato battery plate blown fuse
The very rude foreman tells me we have no time to waste and makes me leave without checking the fuses
Fixed the problem in ten minutes in another workshop in Montepulciano Scalo
With this I will not return for any problem to this workshop and I hope that no one else will return

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do una stella solo perché con zero non mi permetterebbe di effettuare questa recensione che spero possa essere d'aiuto. Mia sorella e mio cognato a causa di un guasto alla macchina (siamo di Roma) si sono ritrovati a chiedere aiuto a questa autofficina. Purtroppo però per poter operare serviva una chiave che noi abbiamo portato da Roma; ci siamo venuti apposta pertanto, gentilmente abbiamo chiesto se si poteva controllare subito o comunque l'indomani mattina(ripeto lo abbiamo chiesto con estrema gentilezza e cortesia ma solo perché si trattava di un'emergenza)si sono letteralmente rifiutati di controllare la macchina dandoci le spalle e trattandoci con sufficienza dicendo che non avevano tempo da perdere con noi e che non si sarebbero "scomodati" nemmeno per il papa. Arroganti e maleducati.

I give a star only because zero would not allow me to do this review which I hope will help. My sister and my brother-in-law due to a car breakdown (we are from Rome) found themselves asking for help from this garage. Unfortunately, however, in order to operate, a key was needed that we brought from Rome; we came on purpose therefore, we kindly asked if we could check immediately or in any case the next morning (I repeat we asked with extreme kindness and courtesy but only because it was an emergency) they literally refused to check the car giving us the their backs and treating us with disdain by saying that they had no time to waste with us and that they would not "bother" even for the pope. Arrogant and rude.
DO NOT GO THERE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En vadrouille avec notre fourgon en Italie, nous avons soudainement perdu du gasoil à 1km du garage de San Quirico d'Orcia. Nous étions très embêtés et nous nous sommes présentés au garage.
Dans notre mésaventure, nous avons eu de la chance de tomber sur ce garage.
Malgré la différence de langue, ils ont vite compris le souci et ont mis les choses en œuvre. Accueillants, efficaces et honnêtes, ils ont même préféré que nous restions dormir proche du garage en attendant qu'une pièce commandée arrive.
Nous les remercions encore pour leur compétence et leur gentillesse.
On the road with our van in Italy, we suddenly lost diesel 1km from the garage in San Quirico d'Orcia. We were very annoyed and showed up at the garage.
In our misadventure, we were lucky to come across this garage.
Despite the language difference, they quickly understood the concern and put things into action. Welcoming, efficient and honest, they even preferred that we stay sleeping near the garage while waiting for an ordered part to arrive.
We thank them again for their competence and kindness.
