M	Manuel Bertagnolli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È stato il meccanico di famiglia per qualche anno, non particolarmente veloce e non particolarmente preciso nei tempi di riparazione, ma comunque all'apparenza onesto e i lavori li portava a termine. Purtroppo per due lavori di fila ha fatto degli errori e delle imprecisioni, che hanno provocato la prima volta ha la rottura di un componente elettrico, che poi abbiamo dovuto sostituire pagandogli un altro lavoro. Pensando che sia stato un caso che può succedere non ci preoccupiamo dell'avvenuto. La seconda volta aveva sbagliato nell'ordinare il pezzo di ricambio, lasciandoci per 2 settimane con una portiera mezza smontata e poi prendendosi 2 giorni per fare il lavoro; al termine del quale "può succedere di dimenticarsi di avvitare tutte le viti" e inoltre graffiando il volante. Alla richiesta di spiegazioni non ha ammesso niente ci ha presentato un conto "appesantito di sale" e ci ha invitati a cambiare meccanico motivando con: "tanto non tornate più quindi"...invece di scusarsi. Direi che può andar bene per lavori semplici senza troppe pretese, sperando che non ci siano errori, che purtroppo non è in grado di ammettere ed affrontare con umiltà e onestà. Dispiaciuti per il trattamento quindi speriamo almeno di poter evitare ad altri le nostre disavventure. When asked for explanations, he did not admit anything, he presented us with a bill "weighed down with salt" and invited us to change mechanics, motivating with: "so don't come back any more then" ... instead of apologizing. I would say that it can be good for simple jobs without too many pretensions, hoping that there are no mistakes, which unfortunately it is not able to admit and face with humility and honesty. Sorry for the treatment so we hope at least to be able to avoid our misadventures to others.
