More than a garage, I would classify it as a car demolition. Mr. Martino just created us more car problems instead of solving them.
A	Andrea Castellana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo la mia esperienza con quest’ autofficina è stata assolutamente disastrosa e ho deciso di raccontarla qui al fine che ad altri utenti NON succeda lo stesso increscioso episodio. Dopo 2 mesi e mezzo di attesa e nessun progress sui lavori da eseguire sono stato costretto a ritirare l’auto con il carroattrezzi dopo l’intervento delle forze dell’ordine di Locorotondo. Sì, avete capito bene, dopo ben due mesi e mezzo di peripezie e dopo aver avvisato l’autofficina sulla data ultima di consegna mi sono presentato in autofficina il 30/06/2021 credendo di trovare la mia auto pronta per l’utilizzo ma non è stato così. L’auto era ferma allo stato di consegna e ho deciso di ritirarla con il carroattrezzi, nonostante il danno la beffa in quanto il Sign. Martino Pentassuglia nonché titolare dell’officina si è rifiutato di consegnarmi l’auto e di permettermi di portarla via con il carroattrezzi alchè non ho avuto altre strade di contattare le forze dell’ordine di Locorotondo che sono intervenute prontamente e solo grazie a loro sono riuscito a riottenere la mia auto. Lo stesso giorno sono stato informato dal vicinato che purtroppo non è stata la prima volta che le forze dell’ordine sono intervenute per episodi similari. Esperienza tragica e assolutamente dannosa. Unfortunately, my experience with this garage was absolutely disastrous and I decided to tell it here in order that the same unfortunate episode does NOT happen to other users. After 2 and a half months of waiting and no progress on the work to be carried out, I was forced to collect the car with the tow truck after the intervention of the Locorotondo police. Yes, you got it right, after two and a half months of ups and downs and after notifying the garage about the latest delivery date, I went to the garage on 06/30/2021 believing that I would find my car ready for use but not it was like that. The car was still in the state of delivery and I decided to withdraw it with the tow truck, despite the insult to injury as the Sign. Martino Pentassuglia as well as the owner of the workshop refused to give me the car and allow me to take it away with the tow truck until I had no other way to contact the police forces of Locorotondo who intervened promptly and only thanks to them I managed to get my car back. The same day I was informed by the neighborhood that unfortunately it was not the first time that the police have intervened for similar episodes. Tragic and absolutely harmful experience.
