Si mette subito all'opera con un collega e dopo trenta minuti purtroppo diagnostica un danno non riparabile secondo convenienza.
Mi porta allora con una sua vettura ad affittare una macchina da un partner.
Il tutto a costo zero!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo improvviso guasto all'auto in autostrada di sabato mattina quasi ora di pranzo, siamo uscite ed abbiamo trovato questa autofficina aperta e disponibile a darci delle risposte tempestive. Ci è stato subito evidenziato il problema ed in pochissimi giorni (serviva comprare il pezzo di ricambio) risolto con notevole professionalità. Assolutamente consigliata :)
After a sudden breakdown of the car on the highway on Saturday morning almost lunchtime, we went out and found this garage open and available to give us timely answers. The problem was immediately highlighted and in a few days (it was necessary to buy the spare part) solved with considerable professionalism. Absolutely recommended :)

Lascio le chiavi nel cruscotto della macchina, batteria a terra giusto prima di partire per un viaggio di rientro con i bagagli già caricati. Chiamo l'officina spiegando la situazione: mi dicono che in 30 minuti sarebbero stati da me.
Arrivano puntali e mi risolvono in pochissimo tempo il problema, verificano il libretto per capire se era il caso di sostituire la batteria e mi danno inoltre qualche utile consiglio.
Che dire... Grazie mille!
I don't usually write reviews, but I wanted to tell my experience.
I leave the keys in the dashboard of the car, battery on the ground just before leaving for a return trip with the luggage already loaded. I call the workshop explaining the situation: they tell me that in 30 minutes they would be with me.
Test leads arrive and they solve the problem in a very short time, they check the booklet to see if it was necessary to replace the battery and they also give me some useful advice.
