f	francesco paolo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pur facendo revisioni da anni da loro, non ci torneró piú per l'arroganza e la maleducazione del responsabile tecnico delle revisioni. Sebbene non ci fosse nessuno alle 9 di mattina a fare revisioni ( il 6 del mese ci sono andato apposta prima per non aspettare ore a fine mese), e sebbene fossi passato girni prima a chiedere se era necessario prenotarsi, e mi é stato risposto che non poteva farmi la revisione ( ripeto ci sono andato il 6 del mese alle 9 di mattina, non c'era nessuno) , in quanto non gli risultava la prenotazione scritta, ed ha detto "non credo che il mio collega le abbia detto che non era necessaria la prenotazione", mettendo in dubbio la mia parola. Ovviamente mi sono arrabbiato chiedendo di far venire il collega, a quel punto il "responsabile" ha cambiato atteggiamento rendendosi disponibile a fare subito la revisione. Ovviamente sono andato via ed ho risolto dalla concorrenza in meno di mezz'ora, e ovviamente senza appuntamento. Non ci torneró mai piú, imparate a rispettare i clienti! Obviously I got angry asking to bring in my colleague, at which point the "person in charge" changed his attitude, making himself available to do the revision immediately. Obviously I left and I solved the competition in less than half an hour, and obviously without an appointment. I will never go back there, learn to respect customers!
