I have been coming to Va di Sole for some years and this time I needed a mechanic for an engine problem. Recommended by the hotel personally I turned to this workshop. Experience is summed up in courtesy, courtesy and professionalism.

Un grazie di cuore al signor Raimondo ed i suoi figli per la loro grande disponibilità nell'avermi risolto un grande problema alla mia autovettura a causa di un errato rifornimento di carburante. When you are on vacation hundreds of kilometers from home, it is not easy to find such a professional and serious mechanical workshop. A heartfelt thanks to Mr. Raimondo and his sons for their great willingness to solve a big problem with my car due to an incorrect refueling. I recommend it to everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Distante 700 km da casa, una famiglia con tre bambini, desiderosa di divertirsi e godersi un po' di tranquillità si trova davanti a un brutto inconveniente: l'auto che non va, e non è in condizioni di ripartire per tornare a casa. Ma grazie alla professionalità, alla disponibilità e onestà dimostrata dall'officina Lampis a Dimaro Presson l'auto è stata riparata in pochissimo tempo, riportando tutto alla normalità.
700 km away from home, a family with three children, eager to have fun and enjoy some tranquility, is faced with a bad inconvenience: the car is not working, and is not in a position to leave to go home. But thanks to the professionalism, availability and honesty shown by the Lampis workshop in Dimaro Presson, the car was repaired in a very short time, bringing everything back to normal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avere un problema alla macchina ed averlo a circa 600 chilometri non è una bella esperienza ma aver fatto riferimento a questa officina ha quantomeno reso tutto più facile. La Professionalità dimostrata innanzitutto, con una tempestiva diagnosi ed il tempo di reperire il pezzo (datosi che già si era in agosto tempo in cui trovare una pompa dell’acqua per una vecchia hyundai non è come trovare i funghi in valle dopo le recenti abbondanti piogge) e ancora la cortesia vista la disponibilità ad offrirci passaggi per i necessari spostamenti logistici datosi che già avevamo lasciato l’albergo per il rientro. Ed il giorno dopo sono ripartito con tutta la famiglia….
Having a problem with the car and having it at about 600 kilometers is not a good experience but having referred to this workshop has at least made everything easier. The professionalism demonstrated above all, with a timely diagnosis and the time to find the piece (given that it was already in August the time in which to find a water pump for an old hyundai is not like finding mushrooms in the valley after the recent heavy rains ) and again the courtesy given the willingness to offer us passes for the necessary logistic movements given that we had already left the hotel for the return. And the next day I left with the whole family….

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La rapidità del servizio e la serietà nel fissare appuntamenti e preventivi non hanno paragone. Il lavoro è stato eseguito a regola d’arte, con professionalità e gentilezza oltre la mera riparazione della macchina (interessandosi pure se avessi o meno bisogno di un passaggio dopo aver lasciato l’auto e facendomi trovare la mia completamente lavata). L’ordine della loro officina, dentro e fuori, dovrebbe essere la regola non un’eccezione. Bravi!
The speed of the service and the seriousness in setting appointments and quotes are unmatched. The work was carried out in a workmanlike manner, with professionalism and kindness beyond the mere repair of the car (also interested in whether or not I needed a ride after leaving the car and having mine completely washed). The order of their workshop, inside and out, should be the rule not an exception. Well done!
