Durante il viaggio di ritorno Ravenna-Torino esco dall’autostrada per un anomalia al motore incappo in una prima officina a Cotignola, dove vengo gentilmente rimbalzato senza neanche chiedere quale fosse il problema. Poco distante una seconda officina (Autofficina Guerra) il titolare molto gentile ma oberato di lavoro mi indirizza da Guarnieri. Raggiunta l’officina espongo il problema ad Antonio (penso sia il titolare o responsabile) subito viene fatta una diagnosi al motore e corretto l’errore, mi chiede di fare un giro ma purtroppo il problema non si risolve. Ad ogni modo è stato molto gentile, mi ha assicurato di poter proseguire il viaggio è così sono potuto arrivare a casa…non mi ha neanche fatto pagare l’intervento.
HONEST and KIND.
During the return journey between Ravenna and Turin, I leave the motorway due to an engine anomaly and run into a first workshop in Cotignola, where I am gently bounced without even asking what the problem was. Not far away a second workshop (Autofficina Guerra) the very kind but overworked owner directs me to Guarnieri. When I reach the workshop, I expose the problem to Antonio (I think he is the owner or manager) immediately a diagnosis is made to the engine and the error is corrected, he asks me to take a ride but unfortunately the problem is not solved. In any case, he was very kind, he assured me that I could continue the journey so I could get home ... he didn't even charge me for the surgery.
