Sono contento di averli conosciuti ed assaggiati ; sono quei piatti che escono solo dalle cucine dei grandi chef, inoltre sono modici anche nei prezzi .. trattano tutti in egual misura dall'utilitaria alla fuoriserie.(veri professionisti) e visto che siamo in tema(con una marcia in più). N.B. Non sono un parente, ne un amico,solo un attento osservatore. I gave 5 stars to the great reliability, competence, seriousness, of the collaborators and 10 to Angelo & Gerardo for the great sympathy and the elegance with which they conduct their work. I'm glad to have met and tasted them; are those dishes that come only from the kitchens of great chefs also are also reasonable in price .. they treat everyone equally from the utility car to the custom-built (real professionals) and since we are on the subject (with an extra gear). N.B. I am not a relative, nor a friend, just an attentive observer.

Per fare le cose elencate ci vogliono 3 ore? E sono 3 ore di lavoro o di attesa che scenda il vecchio olio? For my LPG car I asked for an oil change and oil, gas and air filters. The bill was 250 euros. It seemed salty to me. Includes 3 hours of labor. Does it take 3 hours to do the listed things? And is it 3 hours of work or waiting for the old oil to come down?
