Purtroppo, dopo una sola settimana, l’auto ha avuto un guasto importante (che chiaramente l’assicurazione non copriva). Il sig. Farace è stato estremamente onesto e professionale; non solo si è accollato le spese di riparazione ma ha anche avuto la pazienza di stare dietro ad un meccanico incapace che ci ha messo un mese per risolvere il problema. Mr. Farace was extremely honest and professional; not only did he pay for the repairs but he also had the patience to keep up with an inept mechanic who took a month to fix the problem.
