Nonostante la mia giornataccia ho conosciuto un ottimo professionista nonché una bravissima persona, che con un bullone e una pinza ha saputo svoltatarmi la giornata. It had been a while since I had known a real mechanic, like those of the past who knew the mechanics and solved the problem not necessarily by changing the part as it happens most of the times nowadays. Despite my bad day I met an excellent professional as well as a very good person, who with a bolt and a pliers was able to turn my day around.

Mi sono trovato davanti a una persona simpatica, preparata e soprattutto disponibile! Ho chiesto di effettuare un lavoro non facile al mio scooter e mi sarei quasi aspettato di essere rimandato a casa, invece sono stato accontentato in poco tempo e a un prezzo veramente onesto. Sono sicuro che per qualunque problema meccanico tornerò dai fratelli Colella senza pensarci due volte. Dal primo incontro con Nicola si è venuto a creare un rapporto di fiducia “a pelle” che si è poi rinforzato nel tempo. Cordiale, simpatico e onesto ha cercato in tutti i modi di farmi risparmiare (quando molti altri avrebbero potuto approfittare della mia “ignoranza meccanica”). Ha rispettato i preventivi nonostante abbia dovuto lavorare di più per problemi emersi durante il lavoro e ha sistemato anche diversi altri problemi non richiesti. Sono davvero contento di aver trovato un meccanico appassionato di cui potermi fidare, che lavora onestamente e che si mette nei panni dei clienti cercando di trovare sempre la soluzione migliore senza pensare al proprio tornaconto. Non ho interagito molto con l’altro fratello titolare dell’officina (Domenico) ma si nota subito che è della stessa pasta del fratello Insomma, scegliere i fratelli Colella è stata la cosa migliore che potessi fare (sia per me che per la mia auto). He complied with the estimates despite having to work harder due to problems that arose during the work and he also fixed several other unsolicited problems. I am really happy to have found a passionate mechanic that I can trust, who works honestly and who puts himself in the customers' shoes always trying to find the best solution without thinking about his own advantage. I have not interacted much with the other brother who owns the workshop (Domenico) but you immediately notice that he is made of the same pasta as his brother In short, choosing the Colella brothers was the best thing I could do (both for me and for my car). Ne siamo usciti sempre molto soddisfatti: i ragazzi sono davvero bravi in quello che fanno oltre che sempre onesti ed amichevoli! A presto ragazzi e buon lavoro ;) Whether it is to solve a problem, to buy spare parts or for a simple routine check, it is now only in this trusted garage that we take our 500 to "hospital". Da anni mi risolvono i problemi con la macchina, alla quale hanno dato nuova vita sistemando cose che altri mi avevano detto essere impossibili, come l'aria condizionata. Sono anche molto simpatici e gentili, fatto da non dare per scontato. Li consiglio vivamente! They are great and very honest. For years they have been solving my problems with my car, which they have given new life to by fixing things that others had told me were impossible, such as air conditioning. They are also very nice and kind, which is not to be taken for granted. I highly recommend them!

Dopo essermi da poco trasferito, stavo cercando una nuova officina nella zona per risolvere un problema alla mia vespa ormai anzianotta. Per caso o per fortuna, mi sono imbattuto in questa officina. A differenza di altre officine, nel giro di un giorno hanno risolto il problema con puntualità ed efficienza. Successivamente, nel corso dei mesi la mia vespa ha avuto altri problemi, sempre dovuta dalla sua età ormai avanzata, ma ogni volta hanno sempre cercato la soluzione più rapida e meno costosa. Con Nicola si è venuto a instaurato praticamente un rapporto di amicizia. La loro disponibilità poi va addirittura oltre le loro pertinenze. L’ultima volta infatti mi si era fermata la vespa a circa 4 km dall’officina. Appena disponibile, Nicola è venuto sotto la pioggia con me per cercare di capire quale fosse il problema e in 5 minuti l’aveva già identificato e risolto. Insomma, se state cercando un’officina di fiducia a Milano dovete assolutamente provarla!! NUMERI 1 INDISCUSSI!!! PROFESSIONAL, PUNCTUAL, FRIENDLY, NICE, COMPETENT and ... so on and so forth. Having recently moved, I was looking for a new workshop in the area to solve a problem with my old vespa. By chance or luck, I came across this workshop. Unlike other workshops, within a day they solved the problem with punctuality and efficiency. Subsequently, over the months my wasp has had other problems, always due to its advanced age, but each time they have always sought the quickest and least expensive solution. With Nicola a relationship of friendship has practically been established. Their availability then even goes beyond their appurtenances. In fact, the last time my wasp stopped about 4 km from the workshop. As soon as he was available, Nicola came in the rain with me to try to understand what the problem was and in 5 minutes he had already identified and solved it.
