G	Gloria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probabilmente c'è stata una reciproca incomprensione nella spiegazione della riparazione che sarebbe stata fatta alla mia auto e del relativo costo, di questo non attribuisco x intero la responsabilità al gestore. Al primo approccio ero rimasta ben impressionata, ma non vi farò ritorno e non la consiglio. Probably there was a mutual misunderstanding in the explanation of the repair that would have been done to my car and the relative cost, of this I do not attribute full responsibility to the manager. At the first approach I was well impressed, but I will not return and do not recommend it.
T	Tiziana Massimiliano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SONO STATO AGGREDITO!!! pessima esperienza... mai vista una cosa del genere, sono stato letteralmente aggredito dall'omino della cassa. Premessa: ho preprenotato la revisione 2gg fa per oggi alle h14, al mio arrivo mi viene detto che la prenotazione non era stata messa in agenda ma che comunque me l'avrebbero fatta. Pazienza... La revisione comincia alle 14:40 e si chiude alle 15:15 circa. In cassa, al termine delle operazioni, faccio presente col sorriso ed in maniera molto tranquilla di far presente a chi prende le prenotazioni di prestare più attenzione (era un mio diritto, no?) e salgo in macchina. L'uomo in cassa ci pensa 30sec poi si avvicina aggredendomi verbalmente "TUTTI POSSIAMO SBAGLIARE!!! ecc ecc" e poi, a mia ragionevole e pacata risposta, sbattendomi con violenza la portiera contro il braccio. Poi se ne va lamentandosi. Il titolare interviene dicendomi di portare pazienza "ognuno ha il suo carattere, non vi siete capiti, non ingigantiamo la cosa..." MA STIAMO SCHERZANDO??? Vi siete giocati un cliente, peccato perché il servizio e sempre stato buono. I'VE BEEN ATTACKED!!! bad experience ... never seen such a thing, I was literally attacked by the little man of the cash register. Premise: I pre-booked the review 2 days ago for today at 14, upon my arrival I am told that the reservation had not been placed on the agenda but that they would have done it anyway. Patience... The review starts at 2:40 pm and closes at approximately 3:15 pm. At the cash desk, at the end of the operations, I present with a smile and in a very calm way to point out to those who take reservations to pay more attention (it was my right, wasn't it?) And I get in the car. The man at the cashier thinks about it 30sec then approaches me verbally attacking "WE CAN ALL BE WRONG !!! etc. etc." and then, in my reasonable and calm reply, violently slamming the door against my arm. Then he goes away complaining. The owner intervenes by telling me to be patient "everyone has his own character, you don't understand each other, let's not magnify it ..." ARE WE JOKING??? You fought a customer, too bad because the service has always been good.
